This quote sums up my journey down the fitness path so far but I feel like I have a long way to go. I’ve decided to blog to hold myself accountable on a daily basis to help keep motivated and on the right track, hopefully along the way inspiring and motivating others to being or keep going on their own fitness journeys.
I’ve spent a lot of time today really assessing where I am and what I want to achieve in 2014. My major goal is to run my first ever half marathon – The Saint Clair Half Marathon.
