My fitness/weight loss journey began a few years ago when I finally got to the point where I wanted to change for the better. Struggling to run between lampposts turned into completing my first half marathon in 2014, I managed to lose almost 40kg in the process and am still going!

Honing in on the exercise I most enjoy has begun to lead me to three main areas: Strength, Running & Stretching/Yoga. The most recent (Yoga) needs a fair bit of work but you’ve got to start somewhere right??

I’m a lover of food and enjoy experimenting in the kitchen
